Speech Topic: Parental Disrespect Today I picked a topic to go over which many of you will relate to, and most are guilty of. I know I am. In a world filled with racism, discrimination, and hate, disrespect for other individuals seems to come natural to most. Though in our subconscious, we know it is intrinsically wrong to disrespect another, Americans find themselves doing so to even those they love the very most; their parents. With so many outlets available to blame our problems on instead of being accountable for our actions, we as Americans find it easy to go to sleep at night even though we know we frequently disrespect even those who mean the most to us. An example of this. Walking through the mall on Sunday, I heard a little girl, probably around six or seven years old, screaming at her father.
