English Composition 101 Honors Dr. C. Garner Essay Assignment 4 – Process Analysis - How To… How many times in your life have you wanted to be the person that makes people laugh? Do you want to be the personality in the room that comes up with quick quips full of sarcasm, but somehow never offends anyone? Of course you do, who hasn’t? Being sarcastic, believe it or not, is actually really easy. For some, being sarcastic just comes naturally, they just have to fine tune their skill. But for others it’s really difficult to form a quick wit because it requires you to develop your own thoughts, in case you didn’t know. But for those that can, you just have to know exactly how to pull it off. Before you even start thinking about your quick wit, there are some bare necessities required for the task, think of them as the ingredients for sarcasm. First and foremost, you need a brain, plain and simple. You will also need a quick mouth, without it you’ll miss all the good jokes that come your way because you didn’t say them quick enough.
