Then explain why sub-prime mortgages have caused such a decline in the housing market. 2. It is almost spring and you have decided that you want to live in an apartment instead of the dorms next academic year. Identify the steps you would need to go through in order to locate and secure an apartment starting in the fall. Be specific (using tangible examples) in your description of the process. You should be sure to mention any potential problems you might encounter. 3. In reference to housing, what does “sustainable” mean? Provide examples as part of your answer to the question. Also include your opinion on how important “sustainable” housing is (or is not). Again be specific in writing your opinion. 4. When one is thinking about buying a house there are many issues that should be examined. One category would be the building site.
