Christopher’s life if filled with isolation. He shelters himself away from others andholds his feelings inside. If he feels too uncomfortable around the amount of people in his general proximity, he has an emotional and mental breakdown.Christopher’s idea of relaxation is crawling into a very small area and staying there for hours on end. He hates talking to strangers or anyone not very close to him. In addition, he despises being touched even by his own parents. Christopher’s mother states after she hasn’t seen him for a very long time, ‘”Christopher, let me hold your hand. Just for once. Just for me. Will you?
