The style boosts the morale of employees since they contribute to the final decisionwithin the organization. When a body requires to include while making changes, participativeleadership helps the employees to accept variations in a secure manner. The style meets nearly allchallenges or problems when an organization requires making any decision within a short period.Benefits associated with the participative style of leadership are staff acceptance, morale foremployees, improved retention, and creativity of staff. Participative leadership encompasses thephilosophy of strength (Clawson, 2002). Rounding up my life values led to my understanding that the foundation of every exploitwhile going up the career ladder is usually my Strength. The leadership philosophy (my power)often gives direction as it acts as a compass while leading the working environment. The powerat this moment discussed is neither psychological nor physical.
