Running Head: MY PERSONAL LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY My Personal Leadership Philosophy Student Name University Affiliations Date Leading with Strength Introduction The ultimate reason behind writing the paper is sharing my personal philosophy regarding leadership to every individual. I believe the leadership style will help others in knowing whom I am; the rule live including those I work by, expectations from me, expectations I need from the employees, as well as the means of evaluating the performance. The paper will more so cover leading through change, ethical challenges, empowering employees, power handling, adaptive leadership, and the relationship existing between followers, leaders, and teams. I hope the points discussed here will add trust to my actions while knowing where I am aiming to reach or head. Leadership style involves providing direction, plans implementation as well as motivating people. Leading with strength comprises a participative style of leadership also referred to as a democratic style of leadership. I value working as a team where I encourage the

The style boosts the morale of employees since they contribute to the final decision within the organization. When a body requires to include while making changes, participative leadership helps the employees to accept variations in a secure manner. The style meets nearly all challenges or problems when an organization requires making any decision within a short period. Benefits associated with the participative style of leadership are staff acceptance, morale for employees, improved retention, and creativity of staff. Participative leadership encompasses the philosophy of strength (Clawson, 2002). Rounding up my life values led to my understanding that the foundation of every exploit while going up the career ladder is usually my Strength. The leadership philosophy (my power) often gives direction as it acts as a compass while leading the working environment. The power at this moment discussed is neither psychological nor physical. It is the vigor of organizing myself to efficiently as well as effectively perform tasks. More so, it helps in uniting all stakeholders so as to achieve the organization’s vision aimed at becoming a capable, professional, and responsive organization. Being a leader, it becomes my fundamental obligation of imparting this strength for all of the stakeholders to have a common compass for guiding us
