Philosophy of LeadershipAll good leaders are bound to various ethical, conceptual, and theoretical standards thatguide and define their philosophy of leadership. However, they utilize different skills andleadership theories to become effective in their role. Still, there are various common philosophiesand ethical standards that exist in good leadership. These common standards are focused on thewellness of juniors and the organization. This might be in the sense of cultivating an ethical andconducive work environment, influencing others, motivating, problem-solving, authenticity andgood judgement. I also have ethical, conceptual and theoretical standards that form thefoundation of my leadership. My standards are bound to influencing others through teampromotion, trust building, and having organizational intelligence (Center for CreativeLeadership, 2020). The paper discusses my foundational theoretical standards, ethics, andconcepts as a leader.I believe that an effective leader understands how to promote the team by setting upethical standards that can be used to build a culture that promotes individuals and the entireorganization. However, we live in a diverse world, and organizations’ workforce is made up ofindividuals from different backgrounds. This means that there is a variety of cultures in anorganization. Therefore, I should utilize ethical relativism to ensure that team members promotethemselves effectively regardless of their cultural differences. Ethical relativism suggest thatethical judgements are dependent on something else (Page 44).
