What method do they choose to get on a diet? Will it be the right choice for them? Problems that need to be solved by decide what type of dietary can fit each individual based on their gender, age, and genetics. Josh, who wants to lose 25 (don’t use numbers in writing, use actual word ‘twenty five’) pounds than he would like, end up of choosing the low-carbohydrates weight-loss, which cause him into the risk of getting cardiovascular disease and other illness from his fats intake. According to Josh’s typical diet during the period of losing weight, he has eaten 4 times a day. It includes breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner.
