The nature of job analysis is the some of the things about the information that realize the job analysis to find out by the Human Resource managers and the line managers. The information are the Work activities, Human requirements, Machines, tools, equipment and work aids used, Performance standard, Job context and Human behaviors. a) Work activities - In the operation of the work that it can realize that the job is how to process for each activities and how does the important for the activities. For the each activities, it also can analysis that how does the activities perform it and using the responsible skill to work as well. For the example, before perform the work activities maybe before have the training straight forward with the work schedule and some of training will be the online to learn.
