Operating from Berwick Victoria and founded in 1961 the companyhas built up to a multi-million-dollar firm, in which a new general manager hasexpressed interest in a system that can respond to changing market conditions.The purpose of this report is to provide an evaluation of the business processesrepresented in a swim lane diagram and propose an updated enterprise resourceplanning model with integrated business intelligence technology. The report alsoinvestigates various concerns expressed by management in regard to businessprocess modelling, information technology, mobile ordering capabilities, variousbusiness analytics and also information security laws.Included in the investigation is recommendations on operational flow, analysis ofsales data to highlight the importance of integrating business intelligence, andrecommendations for the mobile ordering system.4
The report is partitioned into two sections; the business evaluation, which presentsthe current and proposed process models as well as sales analysis, and the generalquestions section addressing managements main concerns. The general questionssection will also include mobile app recommendations as well as critical frameworkfor cyber security.
