Finding Something you Love It is very import to live a healthy lifestyle. Health can be defined by many things. Two major categories of health are physical and mental health. Healthy lifestyles can help people find satisfaction and happiness in the events throughout their day. Although physical health can lead to mental health it is not necessary in achieving mental health. Becoming involved with something you enjoy is a very simple way to achieve better health. Some hobbies can fulfill both mental and physical health while others may only fulfill mental health. Because different people have different values, some people can be perfectly healthy without an active lifestyle, but for others may find mental health through activity. Many people who want to live a physical lifestyle spend their time playing sports. All sports can provide people with a sense of accomplishment through a competitive setting. Sports like golf, climbing, or cycling can lead to mental health in different ways. There are people who reach mental health from participating in these
