EXPLORATORY CASE STUDY 3
Abstract
The exploratory case study will be the focal point of this discussion along with the biblical
importance of research. Undoubtedly, one of the most important parts that has been extensively
addressed is the case study protocol, which outlines the standards that must be followed when
performing independent research. The importance of case study databases as the foundation of
exploratory case studies is also emphasized. Finally, the teachings of the Bible about God assist
Christians in understanding God's character so that they can mimic him and live lives that are
pleasing to God. This is one of the essential principles of the Bible, and it is for this reason that
God communicated to us via his writings. Because he is the Supreme Being in the universe and
the creator of all, he is the source of morality and guides Christians in their interactions with him
and with other people. In an ideal world, the Bible contains universally all the moral
considerations that one would require to resolve any moral dilemma.

Solutions in the Exploratory Case Study
Introduction
The exploratory case study, as the name implies, will 'explore' the researcher's questions
as well as the symptoms of the issues that a consultant is investigating because the actual
problem has not yet been clearly defined by the consultant[ CITATION Yin18 \l 1033 ]. Using
an exploratory approach in this situation has the goal of developing meaningful hypotheses and
propositions for the consultant to investigate further to find the best possible solution to the
problem at hand. With a better understanding of the problem, the consultant will be better able
to respond to new revelations of information and adapt to any new insights that are discovered
during the exploratory process. When observing the interactions between contract employees
and staff employees, the exploratory case study was determined to be the most appropriate
approach for determining whether the safety culture of the staff has an impact on the actions of
the contract employees (as it has been currently found that some contract employees seem
indifferent to safety) (Kidron, 2018; Ofosuhene, 2020).
