The fast increase of social media in these years has created the social media one of the greatest and easiest way marketing to grow sales and brand recognition. One of the advantages is social media is free. Facebook and Twitter are best social media advertise my product, and they give customers the options for feedback. To draw an attention of the audience, one needs to post with the high-quality pictures and videos. Posting on different social media will increase the customer traffic, and people will get interested which will raise the sales. Creativity in other hand plays a significant role when it comes to marketing. By creating or enabling buttons (options) in the social account will alert visitors to follow your social account and you will have a track how many customers seems interested in your product. Using the ads on the websites is another way of increasing sales. In my opinion on what a business needs to know about ROIs, KPIs, and Web analytics are: ROI: Using ROI, you can match the whole amount of money spent on the social media and the entire amount gained as the consequence of an improvement in sales and analyze whether there are pleasing results. KPI: To know whether or not your product was satisfied and successful is through observing KPI the number of shares, likes, comments, and active followers. The Web analytical: By using the web analytical, you can know your struggle on your marketing by creating a segment applying important query parameter that carries only social media referred visits that appeared to your site. When using ROIs, KPIs, and the web analytical helps in identifying whether the purpose is achieved or needs for more improvement.
