Procedures:
I. Write a letter to your City Council about your project proposal to improve the aesthetic appeal
of your Barangay.
A. Identify a project opportunity in your Barangay wherein you will apply what you have learned
about contemporary art (e.g., mural paintings) (MELC – CPAR) that you want the Biñan City
Council to support with ordinance and funding (MELC-Philosophy). Elaborate on how you intend
to implement such project and who will be in charge and participants.
B. Explain how such project would address social inequalities in you Barangay with clear
objectives (MELCs – UCSP & EAPP) .
