Pesto Lasagna I decided to make traditional pesto lasagna. Being a huge fan of pest as soon as I saw this recipe I knew I wanted to make this dish. The process was a little difficult but with the help of my roommates it turned out being very delicious. The most difficult part was finding a reasonable sized baking dish that would allow us to make the right amount. Using a smaller dish I had to slightly change the recipe. It caused me to use less of each ingredient but the dish turned out tasting very good either way. Ingredients/Recipe: INGREDIENTS Pesto, recipe follows Besciamella, recipe follows Butter, for baking dish , plus more for topping 1 1/2 (9-ounce) boxes no boil lasagna noodles 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese FRESH PESTO: 4 cups fresh basil leaves, about 4 ounces 1/3 cup pine nuts 3 cloves garlic

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
