Davis Berryhill Ms. Feldman Behavior Modification April 30, 2015 Problematic Procrastination Most people have a behavior that is unwanted. Whether it is something as small as tapping a leg while you study or something as serious as drug addiction, people tend to have some behavior that they cannot get rid of. For me personally, while reading, I tend to daze off and immediately go straight to my phone. It usually occurs while I am reading for an English assignment and before I know it, I am on my iPhone looking at social media. I have never been a great reader and reading is not something that interests me, but while trying to go over content that is due the next day, it makes reading a lot more difficult for me. I find myself going to class and not knowing the material as much as other students. I really want to stop this habit to decrease the amount of time it takes me to do homework. Monitoring this was actually easier than I initially thought. The first four days were convenient because I had reading assignments.
