Module 3 Focus Question: Chuck Mulvaney A contract is law that deals with a promise that is made, with the assertion that something either will or will not happen in the future. Contract laws demonstrate what excuses our society accepts for breaking these promises. There are several types of contacts and they are categorized by their legal distinctions to how they are formed in the first place. There are three ways contracts can be formed. Bilateral, or unilateral, which our promises for promises or acts in which one person promises to promise for or act on for a promise. Another way contracts are formed is by formalities or formal contracts. These are contracts that are created using a special form or method of creation. Usually some sort of written contract. The third way they are formed is by expression, or express contracts, these are implied or just understood contracts, mostly word of mouth.
