Bliss 2 To construct a community hall for an existing apartment complex that includes laundry facilities with four washer and four dryers, high speed internet Wi-Fi connection, two apartment management offices, tenant seating areas, meeting / party area, community communication space, postal facilities, two family restrooms and exercise facilities for less than the property owners proposed budget of $285,000, I will construct the building for less than 85% of this cost. This 85% figure translates to construction not exceeding $242,250. My estimated stated below is lower than the 85% figure, which allows for flexibility due to unforeseen problems that will arise. To achieve this I will need to make a request for proposals from each of the sub- contractors that will be hired to complete their portion of the work. Each contractor will need to provide specifications of fixtures proposed, unless clearly stated in the owner provided blueprints and specification manual.
