The Presidential Commission on World Hunger Commission’s Recommendations: The elimination of world hunger should be the primary focus of the US  government in its relationship with developing countries. Commission’s Reasons: 1. There is a moral obligation to overcome hunger based on universal values  of respect for human dignity and social justice. 2. National security depends on the economic well-being of the developing
