Have you ever thought about starting a new life with a completely different job with a whole new lifestyle? I am offering this opportunity to each and every one of you. As Mayor of the greatest city in the world, it saddens me to have to give this speech, however; let us bear in mind that what I am about to reveal to you is with the city’s best interest at heart. We have reached the year 2030 and the population of our beloved New York has grown beyond capacity. Our subway system can no longer accommodate our ever growing population, our food supply is quickly dwindling and our fuel has easily become depleted. A plan has been devised that I am sure you will all find more than fair to alleviate the situation at hand. Anyone willing to participate in the “New State, Clean Slate” Program will be offered a tax refund of up to $20,000. The basis of this refund
