A) First, I had to look through SEVERAL databases before I found any Helpful information on my topic of Sleep Deprivation. I utilized databases including ProQuest, LexisNexis Academic, EBSCOhost library, Ebrary, Google Scholar, Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition, Health Source: Consumer Edition, JSTOR, New York Times/Historical, Chicago Times/Historical, PubMed (including Medline), PsycARTICLES and Wall Street Journal. And those were just the ones that had at least Some information at least somewhat related to my searches. B) I attempted to utilize the following Search Queries: 1) Sleep Deprivation 2) Causes of Sleep Deprivation 3) Sleep 4) What is Sleep Deprivation? 5) Effects of Sleep Deprivation 6) Benefits of Sleep Deprivation 7) Sleep Deficiency 8) Importance of Sleep 9) Benefits of Sleep 10) Loss of Sleep 11) Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar? (This one was due to the large amount of frustration with trying to weed through all of the many academic journals & articles that were either too specific or not specific enough towards my topic than what I was looking for...)

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
