Introduction
Employees can help get the business shared on social media! Making a policy to allow
employees online will be a benefit to the company. Employees who are on social media have
better morale and can share what project or product they are currently working on. Although a
possible data leak or breech can happen, this can be avoided with a company policy in place.
Benefit
As the employees bringing more attention to the company, this will bring in clients who are
looking for great products and expertise. With the employees sharing their work on social media,
their post gets more shares and views then the company would get by themselves (Bizzi, 1).
Therefore, if the employees are allowed to use their social media while at work, under
guidelines, this will not only help the company with their advertisement but will also keep the
morale of its employees up.
Risk
Hackers can be avoided if the proper protocols are put into use. With so many hackers out there
trying to gain company information, it is especially important to follow a set of guidelines to
