Phelim Lennon Database Systems Project – Database Support for Customer Service Description of Application Domain A new company that makes computers has seen a drastic rise in demand for their products. The company has decided to expand operations including updating their existing customer service. One way they wish to do this is to create a database linking all the information on their customers to a new database that would record the customer service cases, the product involved, the customer service employee who worked the case and the manager who reviewed the case afterwards.
