The Reflective Report It should contain 1000 to 1500 words. Assignment task Reflect on your experience as customers by applying at least three of the weekly topics we discussed throughout the year using the core books to provide evidence. End the report with the recommendation of action points for organisation and individual (SMART). Additional instructions • Create a cover page with module name, assignment title, your student ID and date. Add a list of content. • Use Arial as font type, 1.5 space between rows, font size 12. • Use sources in your text (usually name and year), and put all of them in a in a reference list at the end of your report (not included in word count). Structure of your report: Title page Content list 1.Identifications of experience as a customer (introduction) 2.Description of three different topics (please check with tutor if they are appropriate) 3.Application to theoretical concepts to experience 4.Action points for organisation and individual (SMART) (conclusions and recommendations) Topics studied.
