Influenza Product There has been a recent outbreak of the flu in this area. Some symptoms of the flu are fever, headache, sore throat, muscle aches, and many more. A sure way to prevent the flu is the vaccination. The only problem with that is that our institution only has two doses of the vaccination remaining. I have been put in charge of choosing two patients out a total of the four candidates to receive the vaccine. Before I choose the candidates, I would like to share with you some helpful tips you can use to prevent the influenza virus. I would like to recommend some basic hygiene practices that the general public should follow in order to maintain a health state. Individuals should consume large amounts of liquids, preferably orange juice. Orange juice is rich in Vitamin C, which is a great help in preventing influenza. Liquids are important because they help to loosen mucus and prevent dehydration. Along with drinking plenty of liquids, individuals should exercise daily. This will lead to a healthier body thus a healthier immune system. Before eating, you should always wash your hands. This is already a basic health practice, but in this case, this practice is very important. Washing your hands throughout the day will prevent a transfer of the influenza virus to your mouth. Another basic hygiene tip is to keep your hands away from your face. Continually touching your face is
