Jess Slonim Behavior Modification The behavior which I was trying to change in myself was procrastination. I have a really bad habit of putting things off until the last minute, and then having to rush to get them done. One very good example of my problem with procrastination is waiting until the night before to complete my homework. So with this project, I challenged myself to finish my homework the day it was assigned instead of putting it off until the night before it was due. If I was able to completely finish the assignment the day it was assigned, I would reward myself with some chocolate or candy or dessert of some kind. If I was unable to complete my homework assignments, I would not be allowed to watch any television for that day or until the assignments were finished, and I also would not be allowed to have any dessert. I definitely feel as if my behavior modification of procrastinating was successful because I realized throughout these past two weeks that my time management changed
