The difference of film and cinema is film is commonly applied to movies of an artistic or educational nature and is not expected to have broad commercial appeal. The term cinema means a place designed for the exhibition of films. Example of film is the first feature called Roundhay Garden Scene in 1888 using Le Prince single-lens camera which was a short silent film. Example of cinema is the first one built was developed in the U.S in the 1906’s called multiplexes. It had up to 25 screens but there use to be single room viewing’s.
