Process of recycling The 3R rule is the best technique to apply in reusing recycled materials. The rule is eco-friendly and means a great deal on saving. Recycled material can be used in different ways. Old papers are used as scrap for shopping items; they can also serve as drawing paper for children. The old but valuable novels can be covered by these old papers. Outdated maps make good wrapping paper because of their attractive designs. Plastic bottles are useful coolers during picnic or camping activities when they are well cleaned. Describe what happens to recycled cans, bottles, and newspapers after they go to the recycling bin. Cans and bottles are cleaned, disinfected and reused as packing containers. The cans can be also melted in high temperature and molded into new containers that are very useful in packaging (Haerens, 2012) .
