California economy is centered on finance, real estate services and technology among others. It does produce large amount of e-waste that need to be recycled. San Diego County in California has a population of about 1,381,069 . The level of per capita waste generation in United States has increased significantly; therefore alongside recycling the nation should also introduce programs such as reduction. Reduction will be able to manage the increasing trash in the country. The average waste production in California is about 4.3 ton per capita in a day. If all citizens are educated and facilitated to understand the real meaning of trash recycling in San Diego county of California just like I recycled an average of around 4.22 pounds of trash per day then garbage will not be a challenge to the county. for instance if
