GLOBAL VISION 2 Global Vision International businesses are unique in building their structure that are going to make them qualified to communicate globally. Communication does not just involve language barriers but, confront different social and cultural interactions. The beliefs, values and behavior all constitute a person’s way of life; the sum of learning others beliefs, values and custom help regulate the teams organizational focus. Cultures have ways that are acceptable to run a business according to their demographic, environmental, political, governmental, legal, and competitive forces. Global leadership isn't just about overcoming the challenges. There are lots of those of course. More importantly it's about the opportunities. The global environment creates more opportunities than a domestic one – opportunities for growth, innovation, learning. My motivation for becoming a better global leader is to be able to find and take advantage of those opportunities (Lane, H. W., Maznevski, M.(2014-01-21). There are cultural differences that include language, values, religion and social structures but the leaders have to have the skill to comprehend interacting globally. Social and Cultural Interaction Cross communication with different cultures requires learning the sum of learned beliefs, values, and customs that make up the social behaviors of a particular society. The business approach tests how to deal with future protected negotiations; testing counterpart’s endurance. Once you fail to understand the basis of communication you jeopardize the business relationship which can be unrecoverable. In the US the first step to breaking barriers of communication is practical training that will determining the quality or management and project management. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
