RUNNING HEAD: Cultural Understanding Page 2 Cultural Understanding Introduction Multinational companies are able to establish international operations that allow them to think local, think global and a combination of think global/act global keeping diversity in mind. Ask yourself this question’s is international diversity possible? With each approach introduced this will allow a thought out strategizing process approaching both parties without offending anyone. To have an effective performance in the international environment requires alliance, innovations, and abilities to foster entrepreneurial abilities that will assist will coaching and mentoring new and old employees no matter their race or gender or age. In not only national organizations but international organizations women have a hard time ranking among the men. Women have been a part of the civil rights movement trying to increase equal rights for women, but unfortunately that may not echo around the world due to cultural differences. International Diversity Cultural diversity is about embracing and valuing that differences due to the cultural forces that separate us as humans. These include beliefs, life experiences, religious practices, and perspectives that include ethnicity, age, gender, orientation, and intellectual abilities and other characteristics; which all will assist with approaching ways to interact amongst each other. A multinational organizational leaders thought process is suggested to have the knowledge of being aware of the sensitivity of dealing with cultural groups paying close attention to managing the different respect levels, responses and skills. Multinational leaders are generally responsible for forming the institutions directions and success. The shared vision has to be desirable to educators, politicians and business leaders also known as PEST. The internal and external tools will allow PEST to gain knowledge and abilities. In order for the vision to transcend modifications have to be made frequently to show how education and training is important for change. The structural frame has to consider the role technology, government and charitable organizations will increase the countries awareness. Technology can impact the online
