Group 3 – Hart House Investment Club Grade: 75% The relationship between one’s work relationships and their job satisfaction You’ve identified an interesting relationship to study: we saw in our week 2 slides that relationships with co-workers predict job satisfaction, and I appreciate that you are exploring topics we’ve studied in class. I have a few comments to help you strengthen your paper even further. I want to make sure that your project will be successful. I know the research process is new to many of you. When conducting studies, people usually write their research questions to examine how variation in one variable (an independent or predictor variable) results in a change in another variable (a dependent or outcome variable). You will want to decide what you think the main independent and dependent variables are. From my reading your proposal, it seems that work relationships is your independent variable, and job satisfaction is your dependent variable. As well as testable hypotheses, you should also include an
