PEER-REVIEWED JOURNALS Hoarding and Phantom Ordering The article has used real-life examples to explain hoarding and phantom ordering behaviors among customers. The World War II has been used to analyze operational and behavioral hoarding and phantom ordering. The practice remains to be a destabilizing and costly phenomena in supply chains. During the great technology boom, similar trends of hoarding and phantom orders for computer units were observed [Joh15]. The two practices are rational responses to scarcity especially when there are uncertainties about demand. Inter-phase feedbacks in construction projects In this article, the author aims to explore the dynamics of performance trajectories in the construction industry. The report has incorporated data from over 15 construction projects and is, therefore, an accurate measurement of inter-phase feedbacks between design and construction phases [Par15]. This report has provided empirical evidence that undiscovered design rework increases errors in construction and slows down the rate of construction.
