SUMMARY The objective of this manufacturing lab was to make coin in 3D printer. In which we have to first create solid works design and save it in .stl format. Then use it to export into 3D Printer software to make particular coin. For making this coin, we will use uprint plus and connex 500 printers. 2

INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this lab is to familiar with 3D printer. So, we can use it to create mold. Before we create actual mold, we can see by 3D printing that how our part will look like if we use that mold design. So, it’s kind of prototype. Here we first make coin design in solid works. And save it as .stl format then export into 3D printer software. After all set up has been done, we’ll start printing. And once we done with printing, we will remove excess support material from it using water jet bath.
