Continuation… However, a free market economy has got lost of failures and shortcomings hence need for regulations and control, hence emergency of government arm in market economies mainly to offset the shortcomings. Government gets in form of prices regulation, taxation and restrictions which are very essential in equitable wealth distribution and ensuring equity in a society.

Introduction to Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program, Obamacare Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program which is abbreviated as (CHIP) has is a government insurance scheme policy. The policy plays a very vital role in provision of affordable health coverage for millions of children across US. Medical data shows that over 28 million children were covered by the scheme in 2013, while another 5.78 million enrolled in CHIP.

Continuation… On the other hand Obamacare is a closely related program to CHIP, originating from The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
