The flow chart diagram illustrated above portrays the supply chain procedure for the association I work for. The association gives government contractor service for each feature of the federal government and additionally is the prevailing maker and supplier to the government of numerous key segments needed for secure networking proficiencies. As portrayed in the diagram, the five prevailing parts of the supply chain are incorporated. The segments include: Planning – A careful and detailed plan is needed so that quality service is furnished to all clients. The plan depicts in detail how to achieve such. Sourcing – Searching and choosing dependable vendors and suppliers of merchandise and additional resources needed to assist improve a product.

Manufacturing (Making) – This includes the methodology of creating or assembling the items being offered by the association. Delivery – After an item is requested it must be delivered to the client. Delivery incorporates the tracking of the item from sales, to assembling, warehousing, and from the storehouse to its final destination; the client.
