In line with this objective, the University College introduces the policy on animal/pet prohibition for its staff, students, and visitors in the KL Main Campus, Branch Campuses and Faculty Branches. RATIONALE The rationale for this policy are as follows: 2.1 With consideration of health and safety issues, animal/pet may pose a threat of infection or cause allergic reactions, fear, or any other physical or psychological discomfort among the staff, students or visitors who are sensitive or allergic to them. 2.2 Animal/pet can distract staff from their work and subsequently reduces staff’s productivity or quality of work. 2.3 Animal/pet can distract and disrupt the students’ studies. 2.4 Animal/pet will cause hygiene issues within the University College. 2.5 The University College may face liability issues should a staff, student or visitor be bitten or injured by an animal/pet brought into its facilities and premises within the KL Main Campus, Branch Campuses and Faculty Branches. GENERAL PROVISIONS 3.1 All staff, students and visitors are prohibited to bring any animal/pet into the facilities and premises of the KL Main Campus, Branch Campuses and Faculty Branches. 3.2 All staff, students and visitors are prohibited to keep or retain any animal/pet within the facilities and premises of the KL Main Campus, Branch Campuses and Faculty Branches. 3.3 Failure to observe this rule may result in disciplinary action being taken against the offender. 3.4 The University College shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any losses whether pecuniary or otherwise; injuries and/or proprietary damages including but not limited to death whatever occasion upon an individual or the animal and/or property that is brought into and/or discovered within the TARUC premises. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
