OL 125: Personal Development Plan – Setting Your Vision (Milestone One) Student Name: Andrew Stevens Date: 02/18/16 What have you learned about yourself so far? What have I learned about myself so far while doing this personal development plan? That is a great question for me to consider. The self assessments I have taken so far haven’t revealed too many sur- prises, but they have given me a little more clarity to the person I am or who I’ve become. The first self assessment that gave me my Jungian Typology results showed that I am labeled as an INTJ, which means that I’m introverted, intuitive, thoughtful, and judging. I was surprised by how accurately this depicted me. After reading more into the personality type, I learned more about myself and why I perceive things the way I do. I wasn’t expecting to learn anything new about myself when it came to my locus of control or how pro- ductive I am. I have always felt the internal locus of control I have continues to be one of the main moti- vating factors in my life, which leads me to be productive in life and in the workplace.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
