Final Project Part 1: PAWformance 2 Final Project Part 1: PAWformance Launching a product is something a company needs to take seriously and it is essential to define the best marketing strategies that will reach the specific target market to not only make sure the company knows who they are trying to reach, but also for the long term success of the product. The company is releasing a new dog food called PAWformance. This is a dog food that promotes overall health for the animal, but also contains the ingredients needed to attain optimal performance from the dog. PAWformance is a premium food that gives the dog the necessary nu- trients to enjoy an active lifestyle.

Final Project Part 1: PAWformance 3 To help decide how to best market PAWformance, a SWOT analysis on the product is recommended. The company can use this to identify how to leverage its strengths and best take advantage of the opportunities in the market. PAWformance has a few strengths to focus on with marketing activities in mind. The dog food includes high quality ingredients that are affordably priced and focuses on the overall health of the animal. By leveraging the affordability of the product and the high quality ingredients, these strengths will correlate well with the opportunities. PAWformance will attract active dog owners and gain trust within this industry as an overall health conscious product. The focused approach of marketing a performance dog food and gaining traction with online retailers will al- low the brand to become more recognizable.
