THE DOME| MARKETING ASPECT In this phase of the study, introduction of the service that is to be offered was done, which was a recreational activity specifically a game sport. Aside from that, identification of what market this type of service would cater to considering all positive and negative external and internal factors present, as if the business had already been established. Furthermore, in this aspect, demand of the service and the capacity of the business to meet these demands were determined, using all projections in the population as the basis. Moreover, strategies on how to introduce this to the market were created. Promotional strategies that includes fliers and tarpaulins. And specially, pricing strategies as to how much should be implemented as charge for availing the service. However, this didn’t just come up out of thin air, this was based on to the questionnaire analysis from the survey conducted using a specified group, belonging to the target market of the business, with a divergent age bracket as respondents.

THE DOME| MANAGEMENT ASPECT This aspect is a concentration of the management style or composition of the business. Entailing as to what and why the business was named as such, and why is the logo created or designed that way. Aside from that, composition of the vision and mission statement was done, implying where the company wants the business to be in the future and the steps that should be done to go there, thus, creating a more specified goals, also in line with its core values. The form of ownership of the business was also discussed and the rationale behind as to why. A business would not be one without employees, therefore, from hiring of employees, respective as to the labor requirements and their qualifications, to placing them in their respective positions were highlighted, their compensation benefits, and the termination process. Moreover, a matrix showing the needed things for the materialization of the business is present and a demonstration of the schedule of activities of the business starting from the planning to the opening of the business is shown.

THE DOME| TECHNICAL ASPECT In this phase, a theoretical point where the business is to be established is being highlighted. How the business would look like utilizing the prospect space available; and a diagram showing how, with the measurements being indicated. Aside from that, a flowchart showing the business’s daily operation would, then, look like. And, the list of all the things the business needs for its operation, serving as a support mechanism. But especially, a management process depicting as to how garbage would be disposed, keeping the business clean and fresh.

THE DOME| FINANCIAL ASPECT This aspect is for one the most important part of this study given that with just plain numbers it can already picture or conclude the viability of the project at hand.
