ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE PRESENTATION AUDIENCE AND  2 Organizational Structure Presentation Audience and Action Plan: Part I I have chosen to present to a new management team following an acquisition or a merger. I will initially speak to the new management to fully understand their expectations and needs to  assist in said acquisition or merger. This is when I will create a priority list to obtain reasonable  and meaningful goals ( Project Planning a Step by Step Guide, n.d.).  This will then be reviewed  again to establish set goals, and at that point I then can set project deliverables and schedules  ( Project Planning a Step by Step Guide, n.d.).  I will ensure to communicate with the finance  departments and human resource to coordinate a plan of development that will include long-term rehabilitation. Derivation and budget constraints will then be assessed by the risk management

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
