STORY NARRATOR: Last month the Organization of INTERNATIONAL TELECOM BUSINESS INTERPRICE has its first general meeting for their new objectives and new business projects assigned to their respective departments or groups. By the past month lots of reports and complaints have occur within the organization. That is why they are having its 2 nd General Meeting to discuss and resolve the conflicts they experiencing in the organization. SCENE 1: THE 2ND GENERAL MEETING The President (entrance the meeting) Employees and other officials (are waiting and sitting in the meeting room) The president discuss in a very high voice explaining the seriously conflict they are having within individuals, groups and with the other organizations. The president is very angry by the low performance of the individuals, no unity within the group, arguments between parties, bad image and losing reputation of the organization to other organization.
