I'm sure I personally have a mixture of fixed and growth mindsets when it comes to  different domains. I have an example of how I changed once from a fixed to growth  mindset and the results that I have seen associated with that change. As the majority of American elementary school students do, I studied Spanish starting in middle school. I approached the class as I did with any other class.  I was a serious  student who studied for tests, so I received good grades in Spanish -- but I also noticed  that I couldn't actually  speak  Spanish!  Despite taking several years of classes, when it  came to having a conversation I saw myself fail over and over. I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
