Firstly, I really don’t like my job it is to many unprofessional employee, everyone walk around with an attitude. Even the supervisor there is no one I can really rely on. Everyone rely on me to pick up the slack. I see my self-worker harder than everyone else. I am a part-time worker beyond my pay grade just to keep everything in order. Driver doesn’t pick up client as they should clients call in claiming on the department. My supervisor doesn’t address the issue. It’s no leverage. My supervisor need to foot her foot down before she lose her job or the department will lose funds and everyone would be out of a job. I am really thinking about quitting, this a big decision I haveto make. 1.Recognition of decision requirement.My supervisor doesn’t know how to run the department.
