Unformatted text preview: Cory LAI 350F Article #9 “Sexual Harassment” Jacqueline Woods’ article “Hostile Hallways” was straight forward and concise with regards to sexual harassment in schools. Sexual harassment happens in schools everywhere and in today’s society this is not acceptable behavior for the school environment, or anywhere for that matter. I think this article details and explains what actions faculty and administrators must take to prevent and eliminate sexual harassment in their schools. I doubt anyone would disagree with the fact that sexual harassment is present in schools today. It happens in every school, probably every day. As far as my experiences in school, thankfully I have not experienced any sexual harassment. However, that’s not to say that I haven’t witnessed or heard of sexual harassment around me. I can recall a specific example where one of our teachers was terminated due to sexual harassment, not involving a student but another teacher. Luckily our administration had in place a solid sexual harassment, not involving a student but another teacher....
