Follow grammar rules. Do use upper or lower case 5. Punctuation also matters in E-mail writing. Never use exclamations 6. No narration: It’s not a personal letter. It’s a professional & business letter 7. Fit the mail to one page, hence the reader will not scroll 8. Don’t hit ‘Reply all’. Avoid embarrassment. 9. Address and sign your emails. You communicate with a person not with the computer 10. Use professional ids for official mails and never use personal ids for office mails 11. Ask before you send an attachment. 12. Don’t visit objectionable sites. Company computers are scanned by the company. 13. Do not write without meaning it. They are recorded. Telephone Etiquette
