John Prall Assignment 1 3251 Jisu Huh 1. Across all categories, our audience is predominantly male. These men are household heads who at least graduated high school. They are between 25 and 34 years old, employed full time in the Clerical/Sales/Technical field. These people have a household income of 75,000 dollars a year or more. They live in the pacific/west portion of the United States. They are white, married and have 3 or more in their household. I came to this conclusion because 50.8 percent of the market was male with 17,749,000 men, roughly 600,000 more than women for this category. Of these men 8,443,000 were between 25 and 34 or 24 percent of the market. 22,070,000 were employed full time, accounting for a whopping 63.2 percent of the market category. 7,454,000 earned 75,000 a year, nearly doubling the next highest income range amongst gamblers. 32.4 percent of the market lived in the west a number very similar to the pacific region, with 29.1 percent of the market. Another skewed number lied in marital status with 63.9 percent being married versus singles.
