TECHNICAL METHODS OF CONTROL AND USE OF MODERN SOFTWARE IN THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS

Abstract : The article analyzes information and management services that can be used in the
organization to make management decisions. Their role in ensuring transparency of processes, reduction
of subjective errors, translation of many tasks into electronic interaction, reduction of terms of
implementation of management decisions is considered.

I. INTRODUCTION
When an enterprise reaches a high level of
development, it needs to automate its activities to
promptly manage all business processes. This is
impossible without appropriate software that
will facilitate the adoption and implementation
of management decisions in modern conditions,
for example, such as: a large amount of data, the
remoteness of the management center from the
structural units of the organization, a multi-level
system of resource allocation and supply, etc.
That is why such software products are now very
relevant for organizations to improve their
efficiency and competitiveness. One of the many
definitions of AI popular on the Internet is as
follows: "Artificial intelligence is an
experimental scientific discipline whose task is
to recreate intelligent reasoning and actions with
the help of artificial devices" [1, 2].
It should be noted that R. Penrose (an English
physicist and mathematician) in the book "The
New Mind of the King" [3] spoke about the
impossibility of a "strong AI" soon, due to the
existing level of possibilities of science.
However, at the same time, he agreed that certain
achievements in this direction are possible. Such
achievements, for example, include a platform
for automating the search and hiring of
employees, working based on these technologies.
Relevance. In modern conditions, for
example, such as: a large amount of data, the
remoteness of the management center from the
structural units of the organization, a multi-level
system of resource allocation and supply, etc., an
important role in the effectiveness of the
organization is played by information support,
which affects the collection and storage of data,
automation of routine operations that affect the
adoption and implementation of management
decisions. That is why it is impossible to
imagine today's organization without a system of
technical and software both for performing
current organizational tasks and for the work of
functional units.
Purpose. To consider the impact of modern
software on the process of making managerial
decisions and the results of their
implementation.
