Pro- Immigration When people move from one country to another, they are migrating from place to place. If those people are coming into a country, it is referred to as immigration, and if they are moving away, it is emigration. As with anything else, there are laws to regulate the flow of people across a country’s borders. This is referred to as immigration law. Immigration law is everything that relates to the immigration, deportation, and expulsion of people who come to a certain country. Legal immigration is done through proper channels and by having the correct documentation as required by the local immigration law. Without going through these steps, measures can be taken under immigration law to have you deported from the country. If this is the case, a person can be classified as an illegal alien. Immigration law also regulates the number of citizens from various countries allowed into the new country each year. This is often to prevent the over-immigration of members of some countries, and allows for the proper social and
