SERVICE REQUEST SR-KF-013 (PREPARATION) 2 Service Request SR-kf-013 (preparation) Introduction Kudler Fine Foods is exploring ideas in becoming more competitive and increasing customer sales. Besides having in-store sales or offering seasonal discounts, Kudler Fine Foods wants to offer more to new and existing customers. How Kudler Fine Food will prepare to achieve this by developing a system to track customer purchases and reward the customers with loyalty points. The system will involve customer participation, and the store will gather and monitor data. What will happen is a customer will select items in the store, and as they are scanning at the checkout counter, the clerk will share with them a new Frequent Shoppers Program that will reward them with KFF points. Once the customer registers, they become part of the loyalty program with a signing bonus of five points. When the customer reaches a specific amount of points, they can redeem points for a percentage off. This opportunity allows for Kudler Fine Foods to study consumer spending. The study will provide a closer look at what store items selling better and what items are not. This closer look at customer purchases will improve Kudler Fine Foods by implementing new marketing and sales ideas, and re-structure the system to better service to the customer. Business Objectives This integration will be the first project of this size for Kudler Foods that requires as much detailed input as the roll out of the Frequent Shoppers Program. For the program to be

It is the intention for this program to remain active for a long time, the software that Kudler invests in will need to be able to handle large amounts of data and web traffic. Kudler should also choose a system that is capable of being integrated into all of their systems. Kudler will have to perform an analysis to be sure their existing Point of Sale system is compatible to the new software, or if new Point of Sale systems are required.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
