The 3 Tools of Sustainability are: directionality, conditions of opportunity, and carrying capacity, their purpose are to study current human behavior, for a long period of time (Polimeni et al., 2008). Directionality is relatable to educating citizens for future sustainability, regarding environmental literacy by teaching the importance of human existence on our planet, coming up with resolutions, implementing plans that allows survival of the human species to survive, and coming to the realization of how important it is to know how dependant on nature all life on our planet is, whether we are in our homes, or outdoors. Not acknowledging the need for “ecosystem service,” can have detrimental consequences if destroyed, regarding living resources, and habitats (Miller et al., 2011). Conditions of Opportunity is implementing resources (Polimeni et al., 2008), such as educating future generations of children about the environment, by establishing environmentally literacy graduates, who has taken courses that has
